Yemen 2010: Politics & Society
The year 2010 represents a major landmark in modern history for Yemenis. Even though the past 20 years have not fully realized many of the national aspirations, the historical achievement of Unification has proven a major leap forward for Yemenis from the Tihama to Aden, Mukalla, Hadhramawt, the central and northern highlands, as well as for those residing beyond national boundaries.
Yemen 2010: Politics & Society, aims to celebrate historical achievements as well as engage discussions about current and future challenges faced by the people of Yemen, their government and the various economic, political and religious actors actively participating in society.
